Cancellation and Refund Policy:

MOD strives for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you do not wish to avail the services of MOD, the terms of cancellation and refund are as follows:

​

a) The booking amount of 10% shall be refundable only if the design onboarding meeting has not taken place, the refunds mode will be NEFT only and refunds processed within 15 days of approvals.

​

b) Post the first meeting the amount shall stand non-refundable.

​

c) All further payments, including but not limited to those made post receipt of intimation of completion from the MOD Project Manager, shall be non-refundable.
